Vision: Do you know where you’re going 3-5 years from now?

I realize this sounds a little like a fluff activity – busy work that won’t really move you forward. However, this question is as tangible and tactical as anything I’ve ever done. Think for a minute, how do you know which direction to turn if you don’t know where you’re going?

I realize it’s all guessing and you’re absolutely allowed to change your mind.
