Vision: Long-term destination is critical
If you don’t know where you’re going, it’s really difficult to plot the course. Take a few minutes to consider where you want to be 20-30 years from now. It’s challenging on some level to think this far in advance. It can also be freeing. Let yourself dream a bit. Think big and write it down.
